Eddie I'm not worried about when it's just sitting in the car.

They say this (fire & Ice) will keep your pressure with in 5 psi of a preset pressure. If this is true then $300 to keep your pressure at a constent 1050 might be worth the investment.

Just talked to the guys at NX......the cooling design is to lower the pressure by 50 psi every 10 minutes as necessary.

Still waiting to see if anyone has personally experienced it yet though.....

Also, I have found out that this system is a low amp draw, I think I was told 7amps (NX Ricky)? So, I think you could leave this on while in staging lanes to keep presure at optimum setting. I have also asked for others who run this, but have had no responses yet. Very promising though.

That low amp is nice to know. It doesn't look like it has a large contact area, I can believe that know one has ever used one or heard anything. Maybe Ricky could hook us up with one to write a review on. LOL. I'd pay for shipping or even settle for a used one.

I bought a new one from a vendor at a very reasonable price. But have not used it yet.
I sure hope it works.

Hand made and hand polished SS. I do that type of work in my real life, custom engine room mechanic on big yachts. The bike is basically done, and I took it out for a 30 mile spin 2 1/2 weeks ago. New pics soon.

yes, uses normal NX mech pressure transducer set to your pressure. Then it will heat or cool bottle to within 5psi of set pressure.
