Has anyone ever reprogrammed their car to act like It's in valet mode?

Has anyone ever reprogrammed their car to act like It's in valet mode? I want to take my car to the dealer to have them put on some front shocks because I dont feel like putting them on my self,but dont want them to abuse my car,has anyone ever reprogrammed their car to act like it's in valet mode, I was thinking of setting my rev limiter to like 2.5K or something,what are some of your methods used to do this?

you could set the rev limiter really low, as well as setting the speed limiter to something like 40. seems like you could find somebody better to do work than the stealership
