Default Anyway to wire bottle opener like a power antenna???

With a power antenna, when power goes to it the motor sends the antenna up and the motor stops when it's all the way up. Then when the power is taken away from it the motor sends the antenna down and stops when it's at the bottom.

I have the purple NX bottle opener. Is there anyway to run relays or anything so that the opener just opens the bottle when I arm the system (sending constant power like the remote with for the antenna does) and closes the bottle when I shut the system off?

I am asking because I have too many friggin switches as it is and am trying to cut back . Thanks for any input!

Yes you can do this. I used a industrial noid that used constant power but low wattage (heat). It was part of my allways ready system. Anytime the key was on, the system was armed, bottle noid opened and heater started.
On the NX opener, I'll let one of the NX guys give you specifics.

Here's a pic of the noid I used, this was on old vette. New set-up, no noid at all (can reach bottle). Before, I just wanted everything ready, and no, is this on, that open, is it hot. It was truly allways ready. Just use 12v switched ignition, so when key is off all relays and switches are dead.
Some noids you can't do this because they operate on momantary 12v not constant (meaning you have to manually through a sw).
