Suspension & Brakes - Quick Brake Bleeding Question

When bleeding brakes using the two-person, manual procedure, should the master cylinder cap be on or off?

On, but some one needs to keep an eye on it, in reality three poeple are best. One for the pedal, one at the caliper and one at the resevoir with some brake fluid. if not, I usually have the wife or kids press the pedal and Ill will check after a few pumps.

Don't let the fluids get low in the resevoir!
