Alright guys, Fist of all I have to admit that the fuel system is probably the one part of my build that I havent focused enough attention on. I plan on buying a kit this week, but I'm pretty lost.

Right now I plan on running the Hi-Flo turbo kit with 6.0L heads/cam at a bit under 600rwhp. Next year I plan on upgrading my block to something with a little more cubes and alot more boost, I would say around 800+rwhp.

Now here's my problem, I dont want to upgrade my fuel system next year, that just seems like a waste. I was wondering what you think I should do, I know I'll need 60# injectors, probably more next year, but can I go overkill on the pump without consequence? I was thinking about ordering the speed inc stage 3 setup, is there a better system I should be looking at?

what I have seen a lot of people do is go with the 60# motron inj's and a dual 255 walbro pump, or possibly a weldon 340 pump. not too sure on fuel lines and sizes, but maybe someone else can pitch in.

I have the Speed Inc. Stage 3 fuel system, Works Great. I had them install it. I also got the Motron 60lb injectors. That should be adequate for your setup

Nasty Performance also has a dual intank kit which is almost complete. You just have to come up with a method of Y'ing the two pumps together. This is also several hundred cheaper than the speed inc kit and you don't have to remove or drain your tank to install if you cut an access panel right above the tank. Needless to say i went with this setup and i messed up my original sender but luckily Nasty perf. had an extra that he sold me. I plan on doing a little write up on doing a dual pump install.

I went w/ the weldon 2025, 2040 regulator, and about a grand in lines/fittings by the time all was said and done. Looks pretty though.

Here's a pic of the way I ran it all tucked up.
