Default 01 LS1 1500RPM vibration??

I've got an 01 Z28 I purchased recently from original owner, car was well maintained (older female driver), I have noticed the engine with no load (M6) if you rev it to around 1500rpm you get a vibration something like maybe out of balance feeling? I checked the motor mounts and they look ok (I'll probably wind-up replacing'em anyway) I replaced wires and plugs (because it had a miss) but the vibration is still there, I changed the clutch/flywheel set-up with a Textralia set-up and I still have the vibration! Very consistent @1500rpm then goes away as you go up. I screwed up installing the clutch because I didn't pay attention to detail and I didn't line up the machinist marks that properly align the flywheel/PP for balance! Is this a symptom of inbalanced Flywheel/PP? I had the same vibration with the stock set-up? Anyone experience this?
