Unless you're driving an emergency vehicle, it's illegal to have blue lights on any vehicle. Once upon time, I had blue bulbs in the license plate light sockets on my '82 Citation. That was 15 years ago, and I remember that they didn't stay blue for very long. The coloring would burn off after a few hours of illumination.

Have you tried AutoZone, Pep Boys, O'Reilly's, NAPA, ABC Auto Parts, Wal Mart, K Mart, Target, eBay.com, autolumination.com, etc.?

Sorry if I sound like a jerk, but where can you not find ricer lights for your car? I have seen blue 194 bulbs in countless stores. Many stores even sell blue vinyl sleeves that fit over white bulbs to produce blue light.
