8.1L Wiring
First post over here and will prpobably get the guy from everyone but this is where the most people were and I just need a couple simple (or so I think) answers. Move me if needed
I am trying to put the new 8.1 big block in my project truck and have no clue how to wire something like this. What is needed, is it even pheasible. I can pick a complete motor up with out the wiring and computers reletivly cheap. How do I get the computers to run it, will any computer work if it is reprogrammed??
thanks guys

Sure it's feasible!
We manufacture 8.1 wiring harnesses and program the computers for easy to hook up stand alone use. Let me know if we can help on your project.

Try street & performance for their wiring - pcm reprogramming. I built a tube chassis rock crawler around an 8.1. After a month of trying to make it run even fairly decent with one of their competitors wiring harness, I am throwing in the towel and buying a ram jet.
