Default Both door panels cracked(firebird) need replacements and window motors?

Well the known problem of the upper portion of the door panels cracking on Firebirds has happened to the Formula. They started out like small stress marks and are now ~3" long cracks.

For those that had the problem where did you get your replacement door panels?
All I found on gmpartsdirect for the panels were part numbers 12533915 and 12533916, $360 each

I think I'd like to get new panels so I don't get stuck with some that might have already started cracking, just not visibly. I think I'm also going to replace at least my drivers side arm rest, possibly the pass side, due to wear.
While I'm in there I plan to go ahead and replace both window motors Pass side motor is starting to go out again, but the dirvers side is the original motor. I figure if I'm already in there, I might as well put new "life time guarantee" Autozone motors in there and not have to pay for them again in the future.

Plan to use these directions http://shbox.com/page/windowmotor.html
