question on tune

question on tune I'm shipping my 01 ss to italy in a month or so, and only once I will be there, I will be installing headers, cam (tr227) and upgrading the valvetrain. i know I will need a tune so here's my questions:
1 Do I need to be a LS1 expert to tune the car?
2 Should an italian tuner be able to do it even if he never worked on a LS1?
3 Also, I don't have any kind of experience my self, should I consider to get Hp tuner?

go with efilive or hpt and this forum and you'll be good to go.
tuning is not that complicated. if you really think about it, we are using a computer to do what a few screw's used to do. If you are gifted enough to do your own header install, you can tune as well.
