I have a small amount of reddish oily odorless fluid leaking from the bellhousing area. Is this transmission fluid or hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic throw out bearing? If it is tranny fluid do you think it would get to the clutch? Have a new Textralia clutch and do not want to ruin it. Thanks.

Red is from the trans, clear is form the slave. Either one is bad news for the clutch. Best to get it corrected ASAP. I would not drive it, especially if it is a new clutch that is in there.
