Default Replacing Clutch

I am replacing my clutch i have 55k miles on my car and every so often my stick just pops out of 3rd gear. So i was wondering what all should i change with my clucth?? Shift fork, master slave?? need soem help guys thanx.

what year? im guessing 2000 by your avatar, thats a tsb for that year as i have a 2000 also, popping out of third means your shift fork needs upgrading to the steel fork and change of 3-4 synchros also. Im hoping i dont get this problem.
