Was just curious, does anyone know how much the stock body weighs? 135 seems very light.

That VFN body "kit" is probably WAY lighter than the stock body. They don't just bolt on like an OEM panel does however, most fiberglass race bodies and parts are oversized and need to be cut/trimmed to fit. They are more for building a tube chassis car from the ground up and "hanging" the body, not for putting lighter weight parts on a car.

Dont have any answer to your question. But I saw an all stock v6 auto. 4th gen camaro gutted with an all fiberglass body. It was running in the low 13s. not bad for up here.

That's intended for a tube frame car. The only thing that would save a lot of weight would be hood, trunk lid and the halo over the driver. Everything else on the car is eurethane.
