Default RPMs hang around 1100 till I come to a complete stop

Not sure where I need to look on the tuning on this one. My LTIT and STITs are almost dead on in all temps from 60 to 225. But lately ive seen it where if Im in traffic and just in 1st gear and coming driving slowly like 15mph and press the clutch the rpms hang around 1100 until I come to a complete stop and then it goes to the set 900rpm I have. Stopped I never have a problem with the RPMs hanging even if I rev it. It just anything more than 2-3mph it just hangs at 1100 like thats my idle.

Where you think I should look for this? Recent changes were the AFR205cc heads.

sometimes H/C cars hang like that.
if you have a really good tuner... he should be able to cure that. AntiVenom here in FL was the only one able to cure that problem with a friends H/C A4 SS.

Well I have HPtuners and dont see why I couldnt solve it myself with a little guidance on what to change.

My idle trims are dead on, so not sure what else to start tweaking.

Hanging idle is caused by too much air. Might check your RAF or you might look into the throttle cracker/delay settings (idle tuning is not my specialty - yet). I'm sure someone will chime in to add to this.

Since its hanging until you come to a stop it would be the throttle cracker. Try reducing the values where you're having trouble.

open te throttle set screw some. Decrease your base airlfow and also the iac effective area tables that will fix it. Its gonna take alot of tweaking to get it right.

I had smame problem with my h/c 5.3

Forgot to mention this is a C5 which is Drive by Wire so cant make adjustments to the throttle screw and IAC effective area as that table does nothing for DBW throttle bodies.

Going to have to take a look at throttle cracker, never messed with those values or even know where to start.
