What year is your car? and what camshaft have you decided on?
If its a 98-00 you may want to look into an LS6 oil pump as well as a timing chain. Double rollers aren't neccessary, I used the LS2 timing chain when I did my cam and it cost me ~32$ from SDPC, but yet is still beefier and stronger than the stock one.

Other than that ... I can't think of anything else you'd need.

probably MS3 by the looks of things but it doesnt look like those valve springs will be up for the task.

A longer crank bolt. TRUST ME. Went through a cam install without one last weekend, and it wasn't pretty.

GL on your build up.

well i got a 98 m6 non ws6 and im looking at the 224/227 or 224/224 114. What you think, and by what you guys tell me im gonna need more than just the cam, you guys are telling me an ls6 oil pump, how much do does run about. ls6 oil pump, ls2 t-chain, anything else. man this is gonna take more work and money than what i thought.

I did the 224/224 114 this past weekend, and it runs almost like stock. You would have to know something about cars to know it was even camed.

You don't "NEED" the oil pump, and timing chain, they are just highly recomended. The project is more expensive than it seems at first. You'll have to include the cost of tools you'll need to buy, some coolant and 2 oil changes, etc.... Paying somebody to install is even more expensive.

I would recomend you save up and do it right the first time. It's your car, so only you know what piece of mind is worth for it.

Good luck on your build!!

double roller can be a biotch to fit too because most of them are pretty tight.
