Default A simple tach question. What am i doing wrong?

Ive got the msd window switch and im trying to get tach sig. to it.Ive used the white wire at pin 10 and it doesnt work. Both loops cut,i even tested the wire and i get no change in AC current with rpm change. My car is a 2000 vette. ANy help would be great as its apart in the garage waiting. Thanks,

Im guessing this is the older style with the plug in modules. If you are on the pin 10 white wire that is the correct one.Double check your wiring if its correct you may have a bad switch.

Yes plug in mods. The problem is the signal isnt testing any voltage at all.It stays at 6.23 volts AC. When the ign is turned on but not started it reads 11 volts DC but jumps around in AC mode.
