Default HElP ASAP!!!

ok guys so the other night i decide to get on my car a lil..so i pull out and mash it down around 10mph and it pins me back im like ya but then as i reach about 4900 to 5100 rpm it seems to just fall flat on its face. The engine still revs like always but it doesnt seem to have to get up and go as usually ive not done anything new to the car.The only thing i can figure is that it was a cold night and had sat all day it was about 50 degrees and about 12.00 at night leaving work any diagnosis on this will help out alot..my mods are free air mod. 4.10 gear gutted cats ,hooker catback, gutted convertros, and desceen mass air flow, any ideas

Its cause of your 4.10 gears thats a low gear, You power band was pushed down in the lower RPM range, thats why I BEAT YOU!

Well I am almost positive it was not because of being cold weather. 95% of the time a car will perform better in cooler weather. Engine works like a giant air compressor. Mine runs like a raped ape in cold weather!

So it might have to do something with.....I don't know honestly...you do have a descreened/ported MAF. That might have something to do with it.
