Default Preview Bandit's UnderHood Nitrous Pics

Here are a few. They are a little messy (kind of) the lines are long and there is only so many ways you can minimize the mess.

If anyone has comments or ideas to make it better, please let me know.

I bet Nitro Dave could make it look perfect. I think the lines are too long, or the solenoid placment could be different to better manage the braided lines.

What do you think?

Looks similar to how I started setting mine up, then converted to dry. I didnt use equal length lines however, like you are using. Mine was on my Camaro, and I mounted the noids on the radiator support cover/lower airbox, one on each side of the intake tract. I like the look, hopefully it performs well. Please post up your results. Are you planning on running two stages later? Whats the jetting now?

That is a TNT power-ring. It comes in their nitrous kits.

Hmm, it very well could be. Either that or he pieced together a kit.

OK I will end the debate I have a NX Dual Nozzle Wet Kit. I bought the TNT Power Ring from Dave After the fact.

The one I have is a slightly older model, not sure what they did to the newer ones that make mine different, but that is what Dave told me. I got it to make the install look nice and neat and to have a secure place to insert the nozzles that will ensure they stay put!

Thanks guys.

I will post more of the Bottle and other stuff later. I have the bottle out of my car right now as I am breaking in my new engine.

Default Smallest Shot you can spray on a NX Dual Nozzle Kit?

Just curious. I might want to start out small, just to make sure everything is OK on the spray before I bump it up to the MAX which in my case will be 100.

For 100 shot, I know you use the jet combo that gets 50 HP per each nozzle

I am not sure if you can go any lower than 50 on each side on a dual nozzle?

Do they have a 25 or 35 for each side that would equal 50 or 70 HP?

Just curious.

When I sprayed mine before it blew up the motor, it was going lean 13.1 on the 100 jets, so we Put Bigger Fuel Pill in and kept the nitorus jet the same and it sprayed 11.9 on that run.

I just want to get everything right.

How long are the lines (inches) ? I kind of wish they could be routed more cleanly. Did you try putting them more by the fan shroud or making the lines go under the intake tube? It looks good but I would personally like it to "fit" a little better which I think you said somewhat too.

EDIT- did you try putting the passenger side nozzle lines like you have the drivers? where it would sweep up by the intake and curve around up front. This might make it look a little more symmetrical.

Also, where did you mount the noids? I think part of the reason the lines are how they are is beacuse the exit Y of the noids are not parallel, so its not as symmetric as it could be.

(I have just decided that with a dual nozzle kit, symmetry is important for a clean looking install)

Note, Im not saying the install looks bad but I would want my lines to be a little less cluttered looking.

No your right, it looks good, but it could fit better, but to be fair with the guys that installed it (I didn't) they worked with what they had.

I can get a few custom lines of shorter length in just a few places and that will clean it up substantialy, but it still looks pretty mean.
