Default Getting an N/A 370 into the 10's?

I'm interested in possibly building a 370 next year. I'm either going to go with an LQ4/LQ9 block if I want a straight swap, or an LS2 block if I want to save weight and switch my knock sensors. Either way, I'm going with a .030" overbore, effectively making the new engine a 370 cubic inch motor. I'm going to use the stock crank, forged rods, and forged 4.03" pistons. I'm also going to add some 225cc heads, and a custom ground cam, maybe a FAST intake as well. My question is this:
In my car, which has 3.73 gears, a 3800 stall, about 150 lbs. of weight reduction and full suspension, would it be possible to break into high 10's naturally aspirated with a well-designed 370? If so, what would I need to do this? Thanks.

10s are a reasonable goal. Go aluminium and save the weight. Get the 90mm intake. Focus on a cam with a strong midrange that can be shifted at 6600. Tune it well. pulley and cut-out should be on your list.

Tires, tires, tires.

For a cam, I was thinking of not going massively big. I was told even an FMS F11 (228/230) would be pretty good in a 370, but I was also considering something like a G5X2 or G5X3. The weight difference is around what, 70 lbs? Tires will be on my list too. I have full suspension, and am buying a built rear end, so some BFG or MT's are following shortly. Will the cutout help that much?
