3" downpipe for my Volvo :) With an extra O2 bung for my wideband controller. I went to Budget Towing in Mt. Vernon and at first I kinda got the "But, why?" look lol. They were real helpful there and asked all kinds of questions to make sure they did it right. They run a real nice shop there. Now once I put this pipe on I'm going to head back there to get the rest of the 3" system put on!

Poik what the status on your Z-28?
Sitting right below me in my garage, untouched. Still dealing with the insurance. It's taking this long mainly because my dad is lazy and the insurance policy is his, and I only am home every 2 weeks to sign papers and stuff. Don't know exactly how much I will get at this point.

Dude......those pipes look weird. Will they increase performance quite a bit?
Yeah it should give 10 or so I would think, plus it should help with the spool up. What looks weird about the pipe?

I guess because I can't visualize where it would go and all I can picture is that somehow sticking out the back of a volvo.......... :jest:
lol! No, what a downpipe does is goes from the exhaust outlet of the turbo and then goes down to the catalytic converter, and then you have the cat-back.

Budget does some good work. They did my boom tube.
I am going to look at a 98 S70 today at lunch. I may have to call Budget for a new downpipe as well :)
I'm going to wait until I get the insurance money before I decide what exactly I am going to do with the Camaro. 90% of my stock parts are laying out in my garage right now..

Screw that Boyce. I would think you would be looking at the new Z06. They do have baby seat mods, you know.
And Eric, I would think the insurance would pay the same whether or not you got it all right away or a few months down the line. Get it goin' bro. That thing is too sweet to be sitting in your garage in a box. (That goes for Boyce and Ellis too.)
