Default Header Torque Ratio's (please help, must install on Friday!)

Does anyone know what the torque ratio (lb) is for rocker arms on a stock LS1 head?

Yeah, sorry, I have a broken bolt in my passenger side Head. I've taken it to 3 different Machine shops to get it removed. The first two shops were unsuccessful. The third is still working on it. To answer your question, I'm P.O. with everyone telling me that they can get the bolt out. Therefore I mistakenly used the word Headers instead of Heads, my bad! Either way, I'm referring to my cyclinder heads along with the rocker arms.
