I think he means how/where to adjust them to get the best traction, not how to physically do it. I'm interested how to make the right adjustments too. All my stuff is adjustable including my torque arm but I'm scared to mess with them because I don't want to make it worse. Is there any measurments to follow or is it just guess and test, guess and test over and over untill you get the best results?

LCA's:adjust to get the rear tires centered perfecly in the fenderwell
Panhard rod: Adjust to get the rear end perfectly centered(probably best to have an alignment shop do it)
Torque arm: it's hit or miss, depending on your car setup, but the idea is to get a perfect 0angle on your drivetrain ON LAUNCH. This means, under static(sitting still condition), you want a -1 or -2 pinion angle to preload the rear end. When the car launches, it'll "stand up" and come into a 0* angle.
this is the best i understand it, but i'm no where near as informed as the other guys here. Hope this helps at all!

As well for the lower control arms it is good to get them running uphill from rear to front at about a 2* angle. Of course you need relocate brackets to do this. The middle hole should give close to this.
Also try to get the car close to level before you start any of this and also have your weight in the drivers seat(pile some weight in there, girlfriends, dead bodies, whatever)
