Default A few custom cam profiles I'm thinking about...opinions?

Hey everyone. I just finished my suspension, and I'm taking the Z to Straightline Monday or Tuesday for a tune, so my car will finally know what the hell it's doing. Word to the wise....don't swap stalls and gears in one shot. Poor car's more confused than a dyslexic in a library. Straightline does custom cam grinds, and I really want something unique, so I have been running three different profiles through my head, trying to figure out if they're good or not. I need opinions please.

Profile 1: 'Smooth'
228*/232*, .590"/.595", 115, Comp XE or XE-R lobes
I like this one because it would idle fairly smoothly, handle nitrous well, and make some decent N/A power, especially top end with the wider LSA.

Profile 2: 'Big'
234*/238*, .590"/.595", 113 or 114, Comp XE-R lobes
I like this one because it would make nice top end power, without being too hard on the valvetrain, and it would be decent for nitrous with its traditional split and moderate LSA.

Profile 3: 'Reverse'
234*/230*, .598"/.595", 113, Comp XE-R lobes
I like this last one because it would idle decently, make nice midrange and top end power, and not lose too much low end torque. Should make good power for its size with good driveability. Not as much for the nitrous as the other two cams, but it would be awesome on stock or ported heads.

What do you think of these profiles? I think they sound pretty good, as I wanted something a little different than what's out there currently. If I were to do any of these, they'd be going in my Z, which has full bolt-ons, 3800 stall, and 3.73's. Please give me input as I know about cams, but am not an engine builder by any stretch. Thank you.

What kind of springs are you planning on running with any of those?? By the looks of things you are trying to keep it under .600 lift.
Personally i would go with the top end "big" power cam you put in there. That was basically the mentality that I used when i selected the 244/248 split.

Plus on a 115 it would idle nicer, but then again a nice 113 or 114 never hurts!

I want to be able to use single springs, that's why I'm keeping lift under .600". I prefer 918's because of they're weight and I just feel more comfortable with somewhat moderate lift.

i vote for the

Profile 2: 'Big'
234*/238*, .590"/.595", 113 or 114, Comp XE-R lobes
I like this one because it would make nice top end power, without being too hard on the valvetrain, and it would be decent for nitrous with its traditional split and moderate LSA.

My cam is close to #3, 232/234 .595/.598 112 Comp Cam XER281HR. I love it. Has a real nice idle (you know theres a cam in there!) and it pulls good from low, and especially mid and top end, even with stock heads. Made 375/364 with that cam through mac's and hooker exhaust. I am using the 918 springs also. Below is a video if you want to hear how it sounds.
