I know in EFILive there's a pid called "aspark" that tells us how much of a swing there is between the tables.

THe correct parameter you are looking for is called Knock Learn factor. It is in the VCM Scanner.

The spark interpolates, on a sliding basis, between
the two tables (not just one or the other). The KLF
is your "slider". 1.000 = high, 0.000 = low, otherwise
the spark value will be in between, something like
(KLF*HO)+((1-KLF)*LO) for the base value. If you
have a ping history then you will see fractional KLF
values (only getting to 0 if you're pinging most
heinously, and 1.000 only if your spark tune is
pristine (or overly conservative).
