At most tracks there is a weigh station. At the ones I've been to, it is a little booth or metal box off to the side of the return road, with a large metal plate in front of it. Park on the plate, and read the digital dial (some aren't very bright or big and you may have to get out and go read it).
Some people use 18 wheeler weigh stations, but I don't think I'd trust those to be that accurate with such a light weight.

Most of your weight stations are CATS scale, they are calibrated each month, they ARE accurate. I checked my weight at HRP , a truck stop with CATS scales, and at my local city dump ground, all were with in 20lbs and that could be due to gas in the tank.
