Default what the best shifter

Well i plan on going th350 next year and i want to know which shifter is best for the a4 console in my car?

I have seen a few people on here use the B&M Hammer shifter. It looks good, and its what I used on my car which was a M6.

thanks for the reply man and i keep looking and the rebuild on my trans should be no more then like 700 to build my th350 so it looks like i will be doing the swap next yer

I used a Hurst Quarter Stick for my turbo 400 swap and I like it.
It fits in the console nicely,with a little trimming of the console.
