580 Lift

I have cartek stage II heads. The max lift is 580 what's the best cam.The car is a 6 speed.

Since you're M6, I would get it on a 224, .580, 112+4

The cam I run now is 222/226,114 lsa.560.I'am trying to hit 11's. My best time is 12.21.

Then move to a bigger cam. The 224 will not yield more power than you can already make (not that much more).
Go with a FM 11 on a 112 (very street friendly)
