by plunger i mean it is a plug that goes in the back of the block over the oil filter it looks like it just sends oil to the filter and then back up. Ive pulled the oil pan 3 times and 2 different O rings and i get the same thing impulling my hair out my head

Could be a bad oil pressure sending unit.

Did you put the plastic plug back in the block behind the rear cover?

The plastic barbell shaped plug goes in the back of the block, in the oil passage, above the filter. The rear cover holds it in. Also, there is a 5/8 freeze plug in the front of the block, same oil galley. I have had the same problem all year, put a .140 shim in the oil pump bypass spring to fix it. That worked until I went road racing for 15 minutes and the oil pressure dropped.
