Head Gasket question for 6.0l Head I have on order a set of 317 6.0L Heads that are getting Port and Polished. He will only be milling enough material to make sure they are flat. I believe he said .005
The LS1 is a stock block and internals with a 220/226 .564/.570 114LSA cam and a Magnacharger blower which is producing 7PSI with a 2.8 pulley. I have ordered a 2.6 Pulley as well to make up any loss in pressure.
He recommended Custom Cometic Gaskets so I’m checking you techs here.
What gasket should I be running? It sounded like the 6.0 head uses a different gasket then the 241 head.
What CR will the setup have?
Should I have him mill some more off for this setup?
