single or twin turbo?
ok guys im undecided on what i wanna do right now i can get two killer deals on turbos and im not sure what i wanna do the motor is a small block arias -22cc pistons carllio 5.7 rods scat crank ported and polished gmpp fastburn heads here are my two options
1. two masterpower t-70's
or
2. one pte-88
let me know what you think would work better and is cooler

Depends on what your goals are, also you can't just have two turbos and expect to get a kit to fit it all. It'd be tough to put those twin T-70s in without some custom fabrication. Do you plan on keeping your AC? I'd say the t88 would be easier to build a kit around, im not sure if the PTK can fit a t88? Someone would have to chime in here, maybe hi-flo as well? As far for the "coolness" part, twins deffinitely!

well what are your ultimate power goals? I think the twin setup you had listed would make more ultimate power. is it a 346 motor? unless its a larger cubed motor, you will have some major lag issues in there.

T88 is way smaller then 2 T70's my friend. Also lag would be ALOT unless you plan to run BIG cubes with those twins. The PTE88 is a great unit and spools fast. Also it will support ~1000rwhp under the right conditions.
