Have them on my c5.Maybe its my launching but the best 60ft times I have is 1.82.BTW that is accompanied with my best time12.20 @113.48. Not hearing it spin but I thought I'd get better 60ft times than 1.82. Not hi kacking but any thoughts?

You may need a higher stall converter to get into the 1.6x's, as it seems you have enough power/torque to turn those big boys. I am launching at 5200/5500rpm with basicaly a clutch dump to get into the 1.5x's 9 (about 450rwhp at that time), and I believe I can get 1.4x out of them with a new set (yes it's been done).

On my Vette it ran 305/35/18's on Z06 rim's. I would hit consistant 1.6 60's with the best of 1.60 on the stock 3.42 gears

I have been lately thinking about using the 345's instead of ET Streets. What power were you at in the '97 to get your low 1.5x's. Also, did you mini tub to get them to fit. Also, what rim and size did you use? Seems the 345's should be able to get into the 1.4x's with 500/500 power/torque? Thanks

Robert,
Here is all the info.........
https://ls1tech.com/forums/10-second-club/241961-my-10-second-info.html
Yep, 2" mini tub so we could still take the top out and put it in the stock holders in the rear.
I have a track rental Friday.............
Hope to get a 1.4X on the drs...then I am swapping to 26 x 11.5 17" et street ......saving 12lbs a wheel/tire too! Looking at 1.42-1.45 on those

Nice launch pics, love that squat. When I did the run in my sig the guys watching said it looked like my front wheels about came off the ground, now I know why. Looking at your slips 1.53 11.04 @ 122.45, that's the same time as my run, however, my mph was 126. Do you think that may be the additional weight of the 345 wheels/tires ( I ran 315 bfg on z06 wheels)? I was right around 450+ rwhp at this run. But will be about 500 this next spring. Let us know how Friday goes, as I think 1.4x's are doable and your 10.8x is in site for sure if not better.

That's some good info. I was just reading a post, someone was sending their stock Z06 wheels out to be widened to 12/13". I wish I could remember where I read this. Seems it was American something. This may be an option. Do you know what the stock 10.5 18 Z06 wheel weighs? Dosen't every rotating pound equal 10lbs static?
