Default Rim/Tire sleeves?

This is the first year I have had to keep my car outside during the winter. I wont be driving the GTO because I have another car but I want to cover the wheels so water from snow wont just sit on the rim for days on end. I dont want to leave the rims exposed whatsoever.

Have any of you seen anything I can put on each rim/tire? I was thinking of something like the drag racers use to block UV rays from heating up their tires.
