i want one so bad...personally. i would rather have one of these than a new z06....a bad *** confortable ride, and the power and agility behind it as well...

I'm pretty sure the E55 costs a "few" grand more than the new Z06, but it's definately a nice ride.

If I could afford one, I'd probably go with the SL65 over the E55.

You can find new E55's for about $81-82,000, used about $59-60,000 with less then 20k miles.

I think that is one of the best sleepers, I would never think that thing could move like that.

The SL65 starts at $130k+ whereas a new E55 will only run you $80k.

When we had ours (E55) it dyno'd 45Xwhp bone stock and ran a 12.2/118 on DRs. Traded it in for a S65 AMG (the sedan), reworked by RENNtech. They claim 740hp and 870tq. I believe it.

C6 Z06 > anything AMG.
