Depends on you. I mean, personaly, I wouldnt own a automatic car, but some wouldnt own a manual... Be a man, get a stick. Unless you live in constant bumper to bumper, then if you've got the *****, DO IT!

I bought a Trans Am mainly because it is fun to drive. The 6-speed is half the fun. Everyone is different, but personally I don't see how I could live without it.

Yep. Same here. Better gas mileage and TONS of fun to row through gears. However, if you're looking for a PURE drag car, stick with the Auto and stall it... the only other reason I'd stick with the auto would be more than an hour of daily bumper to bumper traffic (stop and go - if it stays at about 10mph, i'd keep the stick )

Ive had both stalled A4s and now I have a M6.

If you want to drag race consistantly keep the A4.
If you want to have fun on the road get the M6.
Just my opinion.

Its all up to you I have also owned both and the a4 is boring as hell . I dont agree with the strip use and auto how many guys here are past the 9 sec range where your gonna need to start looking for an auto swap ? if you set up the m6 up right it will trap higher than the auto . well anyways 6speeds are more fun on the road and isnt that the reason most people purchase a sports car is for the thrill of the road
