don't know too many H/C cars in the 10's. I would just put a futral cam in with a shot of nitrous. you will definatly need the suspension mods as well to go 10's.

ok well then what is the biggest, yet dailiy driver friendliest cam I can get away with then. A friend of mine went into the 10's with a cam only, very very light car, but still cam only Now I got a 12 bolt with 3.73 gears, and I want to get some headders and ORY and a stall, no what cam will get me there, I know I need suspension mods, they are already all there.

look around at the drag racing results section
ifyou arejust wanting to go 10s, get a set of welds and slicks
then a stall, and get headers and a stall ordered
then do your heads/cam
or match the heads/cam to the converter... that would be the best choice.

Default Thanks

Yea I just want in the 10's with no Nitrous. I am ready to buy everything now, I already have the heads, LS6 intake, need to know what cam, stall, and headders to get. Also looking for ORY with the headers. I have pm'd several 10 sec club members, no responses yet.

i plan on running 10's with an F11, TEA stg 2 5.3 heads, built trans w/ Yank SS4000E stall, stock rear, QA1's, and 100-150 shot of nitrous!

but you know we all plan on running something and never get it! haha..

We'll see though! It will all depend on if i hook or if i break the 10 bolt lol!

Guys I was wanting to do this on less than a 4000 stall. The heads flow over 300 cfm, any stall, any headders, and any ORY, I have 12 bolt with 3.73's.
