i always see camaros with the berger style blacked out tail panels....i want to do this to my car but i dont know if i have to get it painted at a body shop or if i can just buy a tail panel already painted like it. any information on this would be appreciated

you either need to have it painted or if you think you can do it yourself, use some good spray paint.
