I use a rubber mallet and a small block of wood. i put the wood against the surface the inatke manifold would bolt to and whack it. Sometimes I just whack it with the rubber mallet in the smae spot. DOUBLE Check the bolts are off. On the passenger side, make sure the bolt from the accessory bracket behind the power steering pump isnt still bolted to the front of the head!!!

You at least have to take the PS bolts out because they go through the bracket into the head. 10mm deepwell through the hole in the pulley will get them. Can't remember if there are 2 or 3.

There are 2 bolts holfind the ps pump on, then you can cock it to the side and read the one accessory bracket bolt that goes to the head!!!

i got everything off the front of that motor stripped. so the heads are cleared to go.
i did not take the back thing off, one of the bolts is stripped somehow, so im gonna yank both heads off at once.

now how do i get those heads loose from the block?

Like they told you hit them with a rubber mallet.
