Can't install passenger side header, :bang: the instructions are not helping very much at this point. Anyone have any tips? suggestions? magic spells? any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think nightmare is an understatment when installing the SLP headers. The install blows ass. There is only ONE way to get them up there. I would love to help you but the headers stressed us out to a point of drinking beers every few minutes during the install and by the time it actually butted up to the block and went in correctly...well...I don't remember.
The best advice I can give is to mess with it untill fustrated and take a break from it. Getting pissed will only make it that much harder.
...I thought the driver's side was the hard part.

Try unbolting the motor and jacking it up a couple of inches.

You have remove the motor mount bolt & jack up the engine a little also you can remove the transmission crossbace & pry the shit out of the transmission towards the drivers side. Good Luck
take the bolt out of the motormount.
Then jack the engine up on an angle.
You will have to play with the height of the motor...going up and down a few times...it will go in just make sure you have one other person other than yourself.

I was able to install them by unbolting the trans and the cross menber. Wedge a 2"x4" and pry the engine to the side they will go in with lot of cursing and bleeding.
SLP headers sucked ass now i run Pacesetters life is much nicer
