Conversions & Hybrids - Any drawbacks to this radiator?

I am doing a 6.0 swap into an older chevy truck and bought this stock radiator along with all the stock cooling lines to simplify the swap. It doesn't have a radiator cap so will filling it by the overflow bottle cause air bubbles?

Thats how you have to fill it... Its a sealed system.
