Default Adjusting the A/F Ratio

I am very new to tuning, and based on the scans I have done with Datamaster my air fuel ratios need adjusting. Can anyone give me any pointers as to how I go about this, or even better a Reliable Tuner that I can email the files to for them to fix?

Thats been my experience as well, I have the software, Datamaster and CATS, but I really need some help as to which files to adjust for cruse and WOT as well as how to adjust them.
Thanks for the response.
