Best place in Houston for N20 fills?

i know comp sales is $3.99, cold fusion $4.25-$4.50 any one know of cheaper places?

UTI sells it to the public for $2.00/lb.

They're at I-45 and Airtex, just 2 exits south of FM-1960.
