What should my A/F be for a NX 100 Wet Shot
I am going to dyno on the juice today. Last time we tested it it was 11.9.
My Buddy suggested going 11.5 is that TOO FAT?? I haven't dynoed yet, but again the 11.9 I previosuly dynoed was run on the dual Nozzle JETS, HOWEVER I used the next Larger Size Fuel Jet (150 HP I think) to get the A/F to 11.9 (from a previous 13.1 A/F with the regular 100 FUEL JETS).
So in order to get my A/F Richer, below 11.9 assuming it stays the same when we spray it again, I would need to bump up the Fuel Jets AGAIN to the next larger size, whatever is above 150 FUEL Jets.
I am not sure why the AF went 13.1 using the regular 100 HP Jets when we dynoed, but the engine died shortly after final 11.9 dyno using the 100 N20 and 150 Fuel Jets, so maybe that had an affect on A/F Readings????
In my case the only way to tune the AF is with the Jets because the NA is already tuned.
I will try the 100 N20 and 150 FUEL Jets and see if it nets bme 11.9 again, then maybe I will up the jets to see what happens to get it richer, but I think 11.9 is safe, isn't it???????????????????????????????????????????????? ??
Thanks
Gary

I've already said it in your other thread, but here it is again.
11.9 is dead on IMO. We normally shoot for 11.8-12.0 on most vehicles. You could run it at 11.5 without any problems, it would probably pick up a little bit of torque by doing it. One thing to think about though is how the car will run as you get further into a pass. By starting at 11.9 it shouldn't go too rich by the end of the pass, but if you start at a lower a/f it has the possibility of going too rich toward the end of the pass which can slow the car down.

Thanks guys! Again, I need to tune it basically with the Jets so RIGHT now I have the 150 FUEL jets in and the 100 N2O jets and will see what that gives me, last time we did this it was 11.9.
If I want it lower than 11.9, assuming all things stay the same, I will need to add a larger fuel jet which might be the 200 one , that seems high, buit we will see. Again my motor was going out when we dynoed so maybe that had some affect on the A/F, but it was 13.1 on the 100 shot N20/Fuel jets and went to 11.9 on the 150 FUEL/100 N20 Jets.
Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
