Nice, how many cc are your heads ? I calculated ~11.5 SCR with 60cc
TR 55 might be too hot, might need TR6 gapped at .042

64cc's with no milling, so I do not know how much my heads are with the milling.

You are at around ~11.2:1 so yeah I would run TR6 Gapped .042
It is .005 mill for every cc loss

Could be more prone to detonation, depending on gas octane and quality.

Thanks! Clue on things like this, obviously. I run 93 octane always, and I believe it did not have any knock on the dyno tune.

I'm going to with, don't do the gear and girdle.....with that kind of power and a smaller gear, I don't think the girdle will help much.

Everything listed at the start has already been done and is on the car at present, so the gear and girdle are completed--I should have stated that.

I have a TA girdle and Motive 3.73's. Shooting up to 200 dry dual stage on that, from the line with ET Streets. So far it has held up, got some whine from gears though, but I preparing for rear change (still researching, having a gear ration dilema between 9" and 12 B Chevy)
9" does not accomodate 3 channel ABS but has 3.50 gears
and 12 bolt accomodates 3 C ABS but has no 3.50 gears.

I want 3.5x gears AND keep my ABS.

Nice setup. Any dyno numbers or track times? I have the exact same heads as you and was looking for a nice replacement cam for my TSP 225.

I dynoed 385 on a inertia dyno (SF-840), which is supposed to be 5% under a dynojet, so around 405 to the wheels. That was with my decent size stall unlocked, through the bigger gears, and through the 19's. So could not give you some M6 numbers out of that...no track times either.

Thought about 1.8 Crane Golds

Ahh, I wasn't thinking....you have an auto, so it might last a long time.
