Default What IATs are the blower cars on here running?

Just wondering what other guys are seeing for IATs at WOT with blower cars, with either non-intercooled or front mount or aftercooler. I was talking to a Mustang guy at the NoBull( OSW) race, he runs a non-intercooled mod motor Vortech Ttrim says the car runs 280* IAT @ 22lbs but the car runs 9.7s- 9.8s. My IATs get up to 165* maybe thats not that bad?

Mine increases by 40F above ambient at 10psi. Im getting 4" OBX intercooler which would help that alot.

Last time I was at a track, weather was a good day in October, ambient would have been around 60-65degF

My highest IAT's were around 115degF measured just before the TB. Thats with a lot of sitting about, then going over the 1/4.

On the road, temps would rarely ever be above about 86degF ( within about 30 of ambient ). I have a DIY FMIC, and using a bit of 50/50 water/meth.

The water/meth makes very little difference to charge temps on mine.

Mine stayed within 10-15 degrees of ambient, sometimes even less, with the front mount 3" OBX, both in traffic and at the track.

Mine run +25-35 degrees above ambient in normal driving and 60+ above ambient when in boost. I've seen a high of 186 degrees. I am running a Vortech air to water aftercooler. I am seriously considering switching to an FMIC.
