Default What's a good tranny fluid to use?

My car is a 98 with 52000 miles on it...and uh...some minor mods listed in my signature.

I figured it might be a good time to change out my tranny fluid. Any specific recommendations on what I should use? Is there anything to look out for? Do I need any sort of additives like the rear end fluid needs?

First time for me touching the tranny, hence the novice questions

Any help is appreciated greatly....oh, and it's a manual.

MannyZ28- Take a good read through the following thread: Which T56 fluid?

The mods should make that thread a sticky in this forum..seriously...

No problem...it's a lot to sort through and keep straight, but it's got good representation by all in there IMHO...
