Default A4 tranny problems, wont shift!! help

ok.. after a 20 roll punch, my rebuilt 4l60e (under a year old) wont shift out of gear unless i let off the gas completely... i can give it light throttle and even bring it all the way up to the rev limiter. it has a good tune and a 3800 stall converter. when i can get it to shift it will still pull hard through the gears so i dont think its the tranny.. any type of help or input will help thanks.

Do you have full manual control but it will not move when in drive.

i think it is the tune, you might have your mph to high for the shift point, and it won't let it shift, or vice versa, i get it mixed up, but i keep having to play with my tune to get mine to work right. some people say you can lower your shift points to around 5500 and get it to shift based on your mph, but i havent tried that. but that might be a couple of things for you to look at

If it was issue were he only had manual control it would be a forward sprag. It is probibly no that though now that you say going through manually has no diff.

i broke the band in the tranny, and the three four clutches were gone... $1200 later i should be back on the road i guess u gotta do what u gatta do..

ok the band that was in there was a dupont kevlar band and the trannny shop is going to install a "high energy" band..id rather him find another kevlar one but i just broke a kelvlar one so i guess try something new,, is there a differecne between the two??? also he is taking out the pwmand giving me some shift kit to give me 0-100% converter lock-up instead of having to build pressure to lock up. it already has a b&m kit and a yank 3600. have u ever heard of this kit??
