On a bone stock LS1, the ATI ProCharger D-1SC eight rib assembly with the 4.5" pulley, which is the largest one ATI makes, will produce somewhere around nine to ten pounds of boost. Add headers and a better flowing exhaust system, and the boost will drop down to somewhere in the eight psi range. Add a camshaft or a set of heads and you will see a further reduction. It sometimes takes a good educated guess on which blower pulley to supply a customer, for the desired boost that they want their supercharger to make. Bob

yea what he said, do heads and cam good way to drop boost.

BTW EPP I installed a D1SC kit you sold to a customer of mine with a ATI balancer and the bolt on 8 rib setup and the new bigger intercoolers, man what a fantastic setup that is! the car made 480 rwhp on my dynojet after I tuned it, bone stock car other than the ATI, even the catback was stock! boost was around 9-10.

Mine was a 5 lb P1 with a stock car ran 381 rwhp and 368 rwtq. I just added the SDCE 8 rib, lt headers and 42 lb injectors. I'm at 7 lbs boost and 436 rwhp and 404 rwtq. What a big improvement.

With the 8 rib ATI ProCharger D-1SC, a pulley in the 4.0 size would probably get you to where you want to be. Your 110 lsa will bleed out a lot of the boost. Bob

also, will I be able to run my car after I install the kit? , I have a full dyno tune on my current setup, or will the car need to be tuned before I try to start it up?, even poor running, but still able to drive down the block will be ok, I work at livernois motorsports, and if needed I'd just drive it there right away for a tune. it's tuned for a 100 dry shot of juice right now, so dan millen from livernois didnt add full timing

I would leave your stock injectors in it until you get a tune, as it would run really rich. Just don't go wide open throttle under any circumstances!!!!!!!! I have had people drive half way across the country to bring their car to us to get a tune, with no ill affects. Bob

Why not just ask Dan? There aren't too many people more knowledgable
than Dan at this stuff.

You drive a red T/A by any chance?

01superta, I see you work at Livernois Vehicle Development... are you Derek? I work at Motorsports and I believe I talked to you at the Telegraph Cruise and in the shop when your car was on the dyno. Dan won't be bothered by your questions, just ask and I'm sure he'd be happy to help you out.
