Default valve spring pressure

I need to know how to know what the valve spring pressure is of Cranes Dual Valve springs rated at .650 lift. Anyone know?

Seat Pressure @ Installed Height -- 112 lbs @ 1.800
Open Pressure and Height -- 352 @ 1.150
Average Spring Rate -- 352 lbs/in
Coil Bind 1.045

ok I have stock valves and rockers if someone were to ask me the spring pressure what would I say?

On a stock head they install at about 1.77 inches, or 122.5# on the seat and the open pressure depends upon your lift.
