Default Several ??

What would the expected HP/TQ loss be on a NA motor when 1-4 degrees of knock retard is present from 3000-5500rpm?
When running a higher lift cam and aftermarket lifters, pistons, pushrods, is it a good/bad idea to turn off the knock sensors? (NA motor).
Should I be concerned of an internal issue? (Sensors are newer and no codes).

Thanks for any/all help.

cant help you with the estimated power loss, but i would definately not turn off the knock sensors.
the knock could be something as simple as headers hitting something
