Default What cat recommended?

Proabably going to change passenger side cat convertor out on 01' ws6. What is a good one that is recommened?
Is it bad to put in one aftermarket cat and leave other one stock?
Is there a write up on how to change cat out?

Thanks

I would go with the Magnaflow Carsound Cat. Get them on ebay for cheap.

P0430 code? Could also be a bad rear 02/leak on that side. Just to be sure you're aware, stock cats are covered for 8 yrs/80K under the federal emissions warranty.

The only aftermarket cat that I've ever liked was Random Tech.

Like said above, first see if you can get it covered under warranty.

Magnaflow/carsound cats. Cats are warrantied, but good luck with the dealership on that one. It is probably a bad O2 sensor anyway & not the cat.

The dealer said they check it with a computer, and so far say its not a clogged cat as they can see. Another shop swicthed the O2 sensors around to check them. I just want to stop my car from jerking. Any write ups on how to take off and install, and do i really need to do both sides if one cat is bad?

Thanks
